Education History

Hannah graduated with a BSc in Psychology from Leeds Beckett University in 2011 and began work as an Assistant Clinical Psychologist in 2013. Alongside Neurodevelopmental and Psychometric assessment work, Hannah has trained as a therapist. In 2016, Hannah worked within the Children and Young People’s IAPT programme, completing a post graduate certificate at Northumbria University in enhanced evidence-based practice. This course centred around providing CBT modality interventions to children and young people with low level mental health difficulties. In recent years, Hannah has worked towards a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at Leeds Beckett University whilst volunteering at Nottinghamshire Women’s Aid, where she provided trauma informed counselling to female survivors of domestic abuse. Hannah has a specific interest in Psychodynamic and Relational Psychotherapies.

Hannah is experienced within providing diagnostic assessment and therapeutic support to both children and adults, with particular expertise in adults with Learning Disabilities with comorbidities of Neurodivergence.

Hannah is also a mum of two and has a special interest in providing therapeutic support for parental mental health. Hannah also has lived experience of Neurodivergence within immediate family members, which has helped to shape her Neurodivergent affirming approach.
